Chef Ana Roš Launches First Line of Bottled Cocktails: Ana Roš Drinks
A bold, reimagined Negroni marks the debut of Ana Roš Drinks, setting a new benchmark for ready-to-serve cocktails. The Ana Roš Negroni offers a smoother texture and a juicy profile — light on the palate yet uncompromising in depth.
“The Negroni is structure, strength, and depth — just like my cooking. It felt like the perfect place to start: a classic with enough backbone to carry my signature,” says Ana Roš.
Crafted in collaboration with Hiša Franko’s own award-winning mixologist Anja Skrbinek, the cocktail blends foraged botanicals from the Soča Valley with signature vermouth developed together with Movia, one of Slovenia’s leading biodynamic wine estates. The vermouth is made with reduced grape must instead of added sugar, creating a naturally soft, clean finish without the heaviness of traditional versions. Fermented rowanberries lend a refined bitterness, while wild bay leaves provide a bright, citrus-like lift.
The result is a layered, elegant Negroni, ready to be poured over ice. Each thoughtfully designed bottle contains seven servings — perfect for golden hour, after-dinner moments, or as a considered gift.
