Ana Roš Launches Signature Vermouth – Nature’s Own Aperitif
Layered, complex, and rich with warmth, the Ana Roš Vermouth is the second release of the ready-to-serve cocktail line, Ana Roš Drinks. Building on the success of the Ana Roš Negroni, it follows the same core principles — wild-foraged botanicals, exceptional locally sourced ingredients, and small-batch production — to create a seasonal aperitif and cocktail mixer with real depth.
Crafted in collaboration with Anja Skrbinek, Hiša Franko’s mixology consultant and Aleš Kristančič of Movia, one of Slovenia’s most respected winemakers, the vermouth reflects decades of biodynamic expertise. Grapes are harvested at peak ripeness and gently reduced to achieve a naturally concentrated, juicy body with no added sugar. Alpine botanicals foraged in the Soča Valley and a blend of warming spices add structure and aromatic complexity, creating a fireside aperitif that is both wildly refined and deeply expressive of our terroir.
