JAZ Poreč listed in MICHELIN Selection for Croatia
The MICHELIN Guide 2026 brought news we are incredibly proud to share.
In just three months after opening, JAZ Poreč has been included in the MICHELIN Selection for Croatia. From the beginning, JAZ was created as a place for everyday dining with extraordinary attention to ingredients, seasonality, and creativity. To see that vision recognised not only in Poreč, but also once again at our Ljubljana location, is a testament to the passion, talent, and dedication of the entire team.
Alongside this recognition, we are honoured that Hiša Franko has retained its three MICHELIN stars and that JAZ Ljubljana remains part of the MICHELIN Selection in 2026. These distinctions reflect the collective effort of everyone who contributes to our culinary ecosystem: from our kitchen and service teams to the producers, foragers, and artisans who inspire and support our work every day.
