Michelin Guide 2026 is out: JAZ Ljubljana stays in Michelin Selection and Hiša Franko defends three stars
The Michelin Guide 2026 brought news we are incredibly proud to share.
For the second year in a row, JAZ Ljubljana has been included in the Michelin Selection. From the beginning, JAZ was created as a place for everyday dining with extraordinary attention to ingredients, seasonality, and creativity. To see that vision recognised once again is a testament to the passion, talent, and dedication of the entire team.
Alongside this recognition, we are also honoured that Hiša Franko, Chef Ana’s flagship restaurant, has retained its three Michelin stars in the 2026 guide.
